A channel type oscillating knife cutter is a CNC vibrating knife machine equipped with a continuous conveyor belt or roller-type through-feed system. It operates by utilizing the high-speed vibration and slight rotational movement of the vibrating blade to achieve fast and precise cutting of materials. Its core feature is continuous automatic feeding; when paired with a feed support, it enables uninterrupted cutting of materials, making it suitable for roll stock, long materials, or high-volume continuous production.

You can control the layout configuration to coordinate cutting operations. This enables cutting of different parts from the same material and mixed-size cutting of the same part, making material changeovers and feed-in more efficient. You can pre-plan layouts (that exactly match actual production order quantities) to precisely control material procurement volumes.
Once you set the order quantity for each size, the system will automatically generate the layout, assign sizes, and insert cutting lines. This is particularly suitable for companies with small order volumes that operate on a batch production schedule. It also reduces the need for layout personnel to have extensive experience.
Supports direct import of DXF and PLT template files, intelligent layout, and automated cutting production mode. Operators collect finished parts at the front of the machine, completing all processes in a single step.
The pneumatic cutter head can be used to cut single layers or a few layers of fabric (hard materials ≤ 12 mm). (Advantages: The pneumatic cutter head provides excellent sealing, and the operating air pressure is maintained at approximately 0.65–0.67 kPa.)
