Control system
Trustercnc’s self-developed cutting control system CuttingV5.0 adds a super cooling controller for low-melting materials to reduce the adhesion characteristics of chemical fiber materials. It uses a double-sided sharpening controller to increase automatic compensation for sharpening losses to make the blade sharper.
Complex graphics with multiple sharp corners add arbitrary segmented cutting processes to ensure cutting accuracy. Batch recognition of the set segmented process template graphics.
Machine tools and electrical systems
The machine tool has an integrated bed, annealing to relieve stress, and the bed mounting surface is finely processed. The whole machine runs more stably at high speed. The whole machine adopts an automatic electrical control system, selects a large number of original imported electrical components, and adopts Japan Yaskawa’s fully digital AC servo drive system, which has higher cutting accuracy.
Dual drive system
The dual motors are driven synchronously, which ensures greater stability when not in high-speed operation, faster response, smoother operation of the entire machine, and greater acceleration and deceleration capabilities of the entire machine.
Machine head system
