Tool Applications
Versatile Tool Options for Every Application
Electric Oscillating Knife Tool (EOT)
Motor Power: 80W
Stroke: 1mm
Oscillation Frequency: 0–18,000 rpm
Suitable for cutting soft and medium-density materials, such as PVC board, KT board, corrugated cardboard, paperboard, greyboard, leather, foam board, etc.
Pneumatic Oscillating Knife (POT)
Working Air Pressure: 0.7 MPa
Stroke: 7–10mm
Suitable for medium-to-low-density soft and thick materials, as well as high-density, tough thin materials (e.g., EPE, sponge, EVA, and other foam materials, with a maximum cutting thickness of up to 110mm). It can also cut other multi-ply soft materials such as hard rubber, leather, and fabrics, as well as process asbestos board, non-asbestos board, PTFE, fluoroelastomer sheet, silicone sheet, and graphite sheet.
Round Knife
Motor Power: 250W
Rotational Speed: 0–13,000 rpm
Driven by a high-speed servo motor to rotate blades (available in circular, decagonal, and other shapes) for cutting materials. Particularly suitable for woven fabrics and flexible textiles, such as soft film, light box cloth, flag fabric, UV cloth, fiberglass, banners, blackout cloth, carpets, and blankets.
Milling Router
Motor Power: 200W
Rotational Speed: 24,000 rpm
Utilizes a high-power, high-speed motor to drive the router bit for high-speed rotation, enabling engraving, routing, and slotting/milling on materials such as acrylic, aluminum-plastic composite panels, and MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard).
400W High-Power Servo Oscillating Knife
Uses a high-power 400W motor to drive the blade for rapid oscillation. It serves as an alternative to pneumatic knives for multi-ply stacks and thick, medium-density flexible materials, such as high-density foam boards, ABS sheets, cardboard, and various composite materials.
High-Frequency Pneumatic Oscillating Knife
Delivers stronger cutting force than standard pneumatic knives, with an oscillation frequency ranging from 12,000 rpm up to 18,000 rpm. Suitable for thick, high-density, rigid, or multi-ply materials, such as high-density EVA, EPE pearl cotton, rubber-plastic sheets, asbestos gaskets, multi-layer leather, carbon fiber prepreg, and honeycomb boards.
Drag Knife
Features rapid single-edge blade movement for maximum processing speed, high cost-effectiveness, and low maintenance costs.
Capable of cutting light box films, PP paper, self-adhesive PP, reflective materials, car stickers, screen protectors, ABS plastic, thin plastic, and rubber blankets.
V-Cut Tool
Adjusts the blade mounting angle (0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°) to process V-shaped grooves and bevel edges of various specifications.
Suitable for soft glass, PVC, honeycomb board, KT board, corrugated cardboard, vertical corrugated board, greyboard, and acoustic sound-absorbing panels.
Kiss-Cut Tool
Utilizes variable pressure technology to automatically adjust the blade tip position for precise depth-controlled cutting. It cuts only the top layer of the material without damaging the backing or base material.
Ideal for labels, self-adhesive stickers, car decals, reflective stickers, magnetic stickers, self-adhesive PP, and adhesive vinyl.
Ultrasonic Oscillating Knife
Consists of an ultrasonic oscillating knife and an ultrasonic generator, combining ultrasonic thermal fusion effects with precision mechanical drive technology. Its core process feature is performing cutting and edge-sealing simultaneously, thermal-fusing the cut cross-section to prevent edge fraying.
Suitable for carbon fiber, aramid fiber, fiberglass cloth, prepreg, down jacket fabric, automotive interior composite materials, and medical non-woven fabrics.
Creasing Tool
Uses creasing wheels to create folds on materials such as paperboard, PET sheet, corrugated cardboard, and honeycomb board for easy bending and folding. Different wheel specifications produce distinct creasing effects.
Punching Tool
Performs drilling rather than cutting action. A motor drives the spindle at high speeds while a pneumatic cylinder pushes the spindle up and down rapidly to punch holes of various diameters into materials. Primarily used for leather hole punching in footwear manufacturing and automotive interior production.
Marking Tool
The control system guides the pen tool to move, mark, write text, or draw lines on materials for identification in downstream manufacturing processes.
Printing Tool
Prints patterns, logos, and marks directly onto materials to facilitate subsequent processing and manufacturing.
Automatic Table Leveling Tool
Collects height data across the working platform via an integrated sensing system and transmits it to the control system. Dynamically compensates for cutting depth during processing, minimizing damage to the cutting bed surface.
Automatic Knife Calibrator
Uses an infrared sensing system to automatically detect and calibrate the tool position, enabling the machine to independently calculate the cutting depth. Reduces manual intervention and eliminates depth errors caused by manual adjustments.
