The machine is in an overall welding and overall processing structure, and the main parts of machine are all analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software, which has ensured the reliability of machine and the precision of entire macnine.
The CNC control system adopts Netherland DELElM, ltalian ESA, or Swiss CYBELEC products, which can achieve the functions of graphic programming for bending angle, compensation for angle amendment, automatic calculation also adjustment of bending pressure, automatic calculation of compensation for workbench distortion,extending length of workpieces, bending pressure for bottom bending, open distance, and automatic withdrawal of rear stopper, etc.
No special customized oil cylinder required,consistent with conventional valve group installation.
The pipeline connection is simple,the installation efficiency is high,and the problem of oil leakage is reduced

Hydraulic system
The integrated German Rexroth hydraulic control system is adopted to
simplify the pipeline,prevent leakage,improve the working stability of the
machine tool,and make the appearance more concise and beautiful,The
use of internal gear pump made in Germany or Japan ensures low noise
and long service life of the whole system.
Clamping
The punch quick clamping can be made based on the customer’s
requirement to reduce work load and improve productivity.
Cylinder
The electric-hydraulic servo system can control the synchronization of two cylinders. Combined with magnetic displacement sensor ofintemational standard,the fully closed loop control is formed with high synchronization control accuracy,and high bending and repetitve positioning accuracy.
Mobile Front Bracket

C-Type Throat Compensation Device
The device is installed at the bottom of the throat of the machine tool

measuring element, so that the bending precision of any thickness and any
material sheet will be ensured.
